Health Policy

Collaborative School Committee (CSC)

Collaborative School Committee (CSC) is a group of Ellis staff, along with parent and community representatives, who provide input regarding the short and long term goals of the school. The CSC provides input on decisions related to the School Improvement Plan, staffing allocations and the school budget. CSC meetings are usually held on the last Wednesday of the month throughout the school year. Meetings are open to the community. If you wish to bring an issue or concern to the CSC, you must submit your topic to the CSC Chairperson at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled meeting.

ELA-PAC (English Language Acquisition Parent Advisory Committee)

ELA-DAC (English Language Acquisition Parent Advisory Committee)

ELA families can learn how to better support their children’s education and success at the ELA District Advisory Committee (ELA-DAC) meetings. Receive free training and information about the ELA program, benefits and options for students, DPS’ ELA Family Education Program and leadership opportunities for ELA families.
