am beginning my 4th year at Ellis Elementary School, my 9th year in DPS
and my 20th year in education. For the past 3 years you have known me
as Ann Key, I finally legally assumed my husband of 7 years name this
summer. I have the honor of working with a fabulous group of students
in grades 1-5, from whom I can learn everyday. I learn from my students
about unconditional love, acceptance, patience, perseverance, respect
and seeing the world from a different perspective. They are learning
about reading, writing and math from a functional perspective. My
students are included with their peers throughout the school in various
settings and are well known and appreciated by Ellis students and staff. |
