Ellis Elementary

Kara Hudson First Grade Teacher 720-424-7734 kara_hudson@dpsk12.org I love teaching first grade at Ellis!  This is my second year of teaching.  I really enjoy working with such a diverse group of students and love learning about their cultures and backgrounds.  Prior to teaching, I was a student at the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley.  I graduated from there in 2007.  Outside of school I love to spend time with my family and friends.  I enjoy going to the mountains, scrap booking, and reading.  I also love to travel.  My favorite place to visit is Guatemala, as I sponsor a little boy there.  I love to spend time with him and be immersed in his culture.
